Sherlock Holmes Shows us More Crimes & Punishments

By Lexley Ford,
When we last heard from the world famous Sherlock Holmes, we had discovered that his latest investigation, entitled Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments and currently in development by Frogwares, would do away with the proprietary engine used in previous titles and instead utilize the Unreal Engine 3. We were also treated to a short Tech Demo which showed us the richer and more detailed visuals for both environments and characters.

A little over a month later, and ahead of an official unveiling next week at E3, we have a new batch a screenshots to share with you that once again focus on how the series has progressed graphically.

The developer have also noted that this change in engine not only benefits the game's graphics but has also allowed the team to develop new “investigation mechanics” that will be explained in greater detail through both screenshots and videos in the following months.

Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments will be making its way to Xbox 360 sometime later this year.
