Microsoft's Marc Whitten has announced that the company's own economic currency, introduced for the Xbox 360's marketplace, will not be featured on the Xbox One. Instead the Xbox One will use the local currency of the country you are playing in.
Also announced is the ability to share Xbox Live Gold features amongst the people living in your house. The features that are to be shared and to what extent have not been revealed but Whitten did say that your Xbox Live Gold membership will carry through to the next-gen console.
