Lightning Returns: FF XIII Pre-Orders Announced

With the release date for the latest Final Fantasy title, https://www.trueachievements.com/Lightning-Returns-Fina....htm still a way off, Square Enix have decided that you should be given plenty of time to get your pre-orders placed.

Today, Square have announced the two pre-order incentives for the title. The Pre-Order bonus will include a limited edition steelbook case and a download token which will give access to the iconic gear of Cloud Strife including the legendary Buster sword. Cloud's famous victory pose and fanfare have also been faithfully recreated for the new title, and they promise some special abilities that come with the sword and weapon will be announced at a later time.

To give an example of what the Cloud Strife costume and abilities will look like in the game, Square have also released a new trailer featuring the new items.



Additionally there is the Lightning Samurai Set, which is themed around three renowned samurai warriors. Each of the outfits included offers unique looks and abilities, and also includes "Shogun", "Sohei Savior", and "Flower of Battle" items.

Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII remains scheduled for release on February 14th, 2014.
