And I'm all out of gum.
After many sources reporting in that Duke Nukem: Manhattan Project
had been rated by Austrailia's rating board, the OFLC, Duke Nukem's most recent iteration (not counting Duke Nukem Forever, as it remains unknown whether or not it will see the light of day) has been confirmed for release on the 360, with a news post on 3D Realms official site stating that is is, "a port of the 2002 game of the same name". For those of you who don't know, Duke Nukem: Manhattan Project
is a 2.5D side scrolling shooter featuring none other than Duke Nukem. Here's a tiny blurb about the game, from the website:
Duke Nukem is back! New York City is being overrun by a mutant menace and it's time to de-worm the Big Apple. This explosive 3D action game features Duke Nukem defending the city that never sleeps, and its babes, from the evil Mech Morphix across 24 levels from Chinatown to Space. A super-sized collection of weapons, enemies and bosses await. As Duke would say, "Babes, Bullets, Bombs. I love this job!
It will also feature avatar awards in the form of a t-shirt and a jetpack. 3D Realms also released a trailer for the game, which can be found at the bottom at the external link.
Be on the lookout for Duke Nukem: Manhattan Project
on June 23rd
for 800 MSP.
