Another XBLA Bundle Shoots Into Space

By Rebecca Smith, 6 years ago
Another possibly short-lived XBLA bundle has been released today, joining just the Twisted Pixel Bundle and the NinjaBee Bundle as the only packs that are still available on the marketplace. This pack has a shoot 'em up theme and is titled the Space Shooter Bundle.

There are four games included in this bundle. Sine Mora allows players to manipulate time as the take on Digital Reality's over-the-top storyline. Radiant Silvergun is a restored title that was previously only available in Japan before it was released on XBLA. Radiant Silvergun's XBLA predecessor, Ikaruga, gives more "polarity-switching, freedom-fighting gameplay" where players also have the option to record their levels and immortalize their skills. The final title in the bundle Fusion: Genesis puts players in the role of a trader, mercenary, peacekeeper, soldier, or seeker as they try to solve a galactic conspiracy.

This bundle includes four full Xbox LIVE Arcade titles: “Sine Mora," "Radiant Silvergun," "Ikaruga,” and “Fusion: Genesis.” PLEASE NOTE: this bundle pack offers these games together at a discounted rate over individual purchases. The games in this bundle are available as individual downloads in the Xbox Games marketplace and are exactly the same. Be aware that it is possible to download the same game twice. If you already own one of these games there is no additional discount on this bundle, nor do you receive an additional copy of the game you already own.
The Space Shooter Bundle currently costs 1600 MSP and can be downloaded from here. The four titles usually cost a total of 4000 MSP so the bundle represents a 60% saving of 2400 MSP. If the previous bundles are anything to go by, this offer is only likely to last for three or four days, so don't wait too long before picking up this bundle.
