Deadfall Adventures Collector’s Edition Revealed

By Ashley Woodcock, 3 years ago
The last time we were served up with juicy media from Nordic Games' upcoming first-person shooter Deadfall Adventures was back in June with a sweet set of screens and artwork. Unfortunately, the game's release has quitely been pushed back to November now instead of the originally slated September 27th. On the bright side of things, the team behind the game have revealed details on the Collector's Edition of Deadfall Adventures with another range of screens and artwork for us to feast our eyes on.

With a price-point for those in the UK at £54.99, the Collector's Edition will be stuffed to the brim with the game itself, DLC content, a soundtrack, and a few more extras. Here's the full list of what's included with both editions of the game:

The boxed Collector’s Edition will include:
• The Game
• Making of movie (DVD)
• Original soundtrack (Audio CD)
• Artbook (on disc)
• Manual (printed, listed here just for the sake of completeness)

The boxed Standard Edition will include:

• The Game
• Manual (printed, listed here just for the sake of completeness)

Happy with the additional content added to the Collector's Edition along with the action, puzzles and traps to come with the game, Reinhard Pollice, Business & Product Development Director at Nordic Games, had this to add to the reveal of the Premium Edition of the game:

What we’ve added to the Collector’s Edition is a real bonus for players; they’ll be able to enjoy the prestigious produced edition that includes a wealth of content that is also great value for money. The game will propel players into a first person shooter with around 70% action and 30% traps/riddles. We carefully balanced the pacing between action and mind work to let the story sink in properly.
On top of the detailed goodies to come with the Collector's Edition of the game, Nordic have released a new set of screens showcasing the caves of Xibalba City, Egypt, various cut scene shots and a few of the many characters we will meet:

In addition to these screens a few more have been released, titled 'Rest in Peace Renders', which showcase the Sahara Desert in its day and night respectively. The game's main character can also be seen in action within a Gamescom poster along with another screen of a location known as Petra:
