Fans excited for Ubisoft's upcoming release, Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag
, will more than likely remember the live action trailer titled DEFY
that we covered last month. The trailer clocked in at just under two minutes and was filled with chaotic pirate battling action as flags burned, pirates drowned, swords swung, and guns fired. Ubisoft have released a new trailer showcasing the making of the DEFY trailer, which gives us a look behind the scenes of all the work that goes into making these kind of trailers:
Moving on to more game-related video material, another video has been unleashed this time asking to take just under an hour of your time! Straight from the PAX Prime Panel, the development team behind Assassin's Creed IV
give us a huge lecture on the history of the game, ideas, gameplay, inspirations and plenty more. Check out the video as Adam Sessler, Executive Producer of Revision3 Games, Ashraf Ismail, Games Director, and his special guest, Ralph Ineson do some serious talking!
Finally, the game's Associate Producer Sylvain Trottier gives you a much more brief glimpse of the creation of an open-world for the next generation of consoles. This video concentrates on the technical advancements that allows the team to create a world in more detail.
Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag
is still set for release on October 29th for North America and November 1st for Europe on Xbox 360. The game releases for the Xbox One
on November 22nd.
