The upcoming Ultra
expansion for Super Street Fighter IV
is set to arrive in June of this year, and Capcom have today announced a feature that will be introduced to the game alongside the new characters, stages and game modes. With the Ultra
expansion, players will be able to directly upload their online matches to YouTube through the game, which will be done by selecting the match through your battle log of online matches and choosing whether you want to upload the footage in low or high quality.
David Hinds, Capcom UK Street Fighter Community Manager, had this to say about this new feature:
Whether it’s the best comeback since Daigo VS Justin Wong, or perhaps you had an encounter with a pro-player you want to share, this feature is great for those who are yet to own a direct capture device, and want to show off their favorite Ultra Street Fighter IV moments!
This is just another great feature we’re adding to Ultra Street Fighter IV, and we’re not done yet… I’ll be looking forward to seeing all your uploads come June time!
The "Ultra Edition" DLC for Super Street Fighter IV
is set to release in June of this year for US$14.99/€14.99, with a retail version that will contain all previously-released material releasing in August for US$39.99/€39.99.
