We haven't seen much coverage for Drinkbox Studios' upcoming platformer, Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Edition
. The screens
that we have seen so far, however, are looking pretty colourful and enriched with details. In these two newly released screens, there's not as much going on as there was in the previously covered screens, but the pretty designs and impressive visuals are still there.
The situation going down in these new screens remains a mystery to me to be completely honest. I'm thinking the first screen is showcasing a new-found huge discovery by the goat who has brought the statue (if it is a statue) to the attention of the other two characters. The second screen looks to be dripping in purple rain as the small but menacing blue dragon aims to protect his well set-up meal from the game's main protagonist, Juan Aguacate. The blue laser cracking rock to the left? I really don't know! With the title delving into the lands of the living and dead, you're guaranteed to come across enemies, levels, layouts, and objects of all sorts of shapes, sizes, and weirdness.Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Edition
is still currently set for release in Q2 2014 for the Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
