World of Tanks Open to All This Weekend

If you didn't have an Xbox LIVE Gold subscription, then your access to World of Tanks: Xbox 360 Edition was drastically limited. A timed seven day trial was all you'd get if that was the case, but the devs of the free-to-play title, Wargaming.net, are happy to announce that is weekend will give those players three days of tank-filled action.

Starting tomorrow, Friday March 28th, and running till March 30th, those players will be granted access to the crazy and explosive title, including the Map Madness campaign. This campaign tasked players across the globe to reach a tank destruction quote, and after tens of millions of kills (that's a lot of destroyed tanks!), the overall campaign goal has been achieved. This means that the last map, Prokhorovka, will be released tomorrow morning, just in time for the weekend.

If you're yet to experience the action, or you've been one of those people unable to access the full game, then now's your chance. Starting tomorrow, get downloading, and get exploding!

To summarize Marc in two words, it would be "Christian Gamer." You will usually find him getting stuck into story heavy action-adventure games, RPG's and the odd quirky title when he isn't raving about Dark Souls and Mass Effect. Outside the world of gaming, Marc attends and helps out in his church on a regular basis and has a not-so thrilling job in a supermarket.
