Benoit Sokal's Syberia Coming to XBLA

By Lexley Ford, 4 years ago
Syberia, a third-person adventure game written by Belgian comic artist Benoît Sokal, was originally released back in the January of 2002 and was available for the original Xbox. After a listing appeared on this week, it seems that the title will be making its way to the Xbox 360 through the Xbox Live Arcade Marketplace sometime later this year.

Syberia follows the story of Kate Walker, a New York lawyer sent to the fictional European town of Valadilene to arrange the purchase of the Voralberg Toy Factory. However, Kate arrives just in time to see the funeral of the very woman she has been sent to meet, and must now locate the last surviving heir; a man by the name of Hans Voralberg. This task sets in motion her own journey of discovery in a world full of "larger than life automatons".
