Ubisoft Announces AirMech Arena

The very-well-known game publisher Ubisoft has revealed that their free-to-play, fast-paced, real-time strategy, AirMech Arena, which is currently available on PC, will be making its way to the Xbox 360.

In the future, the last survivors of the Great War continue their fight with the ultimate war machine: the AirMech®. Created using lost technology, Pilots have found, salvaged, or stolen AirMechs that they use to protect the weak, or to pillage. Which side do you fight for?

The title will offer competitive and co-operative online multiplayer as pilots of AirMechs take to the killing fields to earn Kudos and Experience, which will allow them to unlock all kinds of new goodies for their machine and army to better their chances in future battles.

The AirMechs on offer will all be transformable, unique, and all packing their own range of abilities and stats. Thanks to the matches being short in length, players will need to deploy their best tactics and best robots in a rapid and efficient manner in order to be victorious in the upcoming intense battles.

Players can square off against each other in teams of 1-3 players. A co-op team of up to four players can square off against hordes of swarming enemies in Survival Mode. Players who may be strategic naturals with games like this might take interest in the time trials included in the challenge modes.

AirMech Arena will be free-to-play on the Xbox 360 when the title releases this summer.
