While E3 news often puts the spotlight on new IPs to excite us, we all know that the majority of the conference is about reminding us that existing franchises are still pumping out their annual releases. To that end, it should have come as no surprise when Ubisoft released a teaser
for Just Dance 2015
. Now, with the conference fully under way, we have many more details to share with you.Just Dance 2015
will return many of the features that we've come to expect from the franchise, such as the World Dance Floor, Autodance (a mode that allows you to create short videos of your dances), and Karaoke. The big new feature this year will be the "Community Remix" feature.
In this new feature, players can record themselves dancing and then share those videos with the Just Dance
community, where the dances will be voted on by community members. This may sound similar to sharing Autodances, but there is a key difference. The development team will be monitoring these votes and will use the most popular videos to "create remixed gameplay and ultimately bring fan footage into the game for millions of fans to dance against."
In addition to the features present in the game, we also received a partial setlist and a media explosion.
