First Guardian of Light DLC Free for 30 Days

By Dog of Thunder,
Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light, henceforth referred to as LCATGOL, has had a bumpy road to release. The lack of online co-op for the 360 version until September 28th, nullifying the "timed exclusivity" of the release was a major blow for Crystal Dynamics. Announcing 5 pieces of DLC within 3 months LCATGOL's release on top of the lack of co-op was considered a deal breaker according to a large segment of the people that posted comments.

What if you were told that the first DLC would be free for the first 30 days?

Straight from the mouth of Darrell Gallagher, General Manager of Crystal Dynamics:

The launch of Guardian of Light is just the beginning, we have a lot of additional content planned and we will be offering the first DLC pack for the first 30 days for free, exclusively on the Xbox 360®, so that gamers can get a taste of some of the exciting extras we have in store."
There is a good chance that this free DLC pack will be one of the three that focuses on combat, exploration and puzzles. Two more DLC packs are also planned which will allow you to play LCATGOL as classic Crystal Dynamic characters.

Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light is hitting the Marketplace this Wednesday for 1200 MSP.
