What do you do when your ridiculously successful Kickstarter is over?
You run a second fundraising campaign apparently.Mighty No. 9
was successfully funded and smashed through many stretch goals, and yet, here is Keiji Inafune, pitching a second, PayPal fueled fundraiser.
The point of this campaign is two-fold. First, this allows "slacker backers" - people who wanted to back the project but missed the window to do so - to get in on the action. Second, this will allow Comcept to release additional content for the title. In fact, the Mighty No. 9 team sent an email to Kickstarter backers explaining as much.
Any new funding will NOT go towards existing content in the current state of the game, but bonus content to be implemented into the title.
Like a Kickstarter fundraiser, this new campaign includes rewards and more content with the passing of stretch goals, including items such as bringing full English voice overs to the game. For more details, head here
