Two Battlefield Hardline Gameplay Videos

Fresh out of this year's huge Gamescom event, game publishers, EA, have released two new videos for their upcoming twist on the Battlefield series, Battlefield Hardline.

The first video is a gameplay trailer that showcases a preview of the "Rescue" mode to be featured in the online multiplayer. The criminals are holding civilians hostage and it's down to the police to infiltrate, locate, escort, and save the hostages. Will the cops be successful in their attempt, or will the sneaky, explosive and dangerous tactics of the criminals just be too much to overcome? Find out in the trailer below:

In the second video, we are treated to a 12 minute long single player preview as Visceral Games' creative director, Ian Milham, gives us the first look at the story-telling that's inspired by the "most popular crime dramas seen on television today". The gameplay we see is in its alpha stage but still gives us a good sample of what's to come.

After suffering a delay recently, Battlefield Hardline is now scheduled for an early 2015 release on the Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
