’s core game will be free to download on Xbox One and Windows 8.1 to coincide with the release of the "Project Spark Starter Pack" from retailers on October 7th in the Americas, October 9th in Asia-Pacific countries and October 10th in Europe, and will be priced at $39.99, or your regional equivalent. An Xbox 360 release date has yet to be announced.
