If you're one of those people who struggles to watch the trailers in our articles, be it because you're at work or because you're trying to read the articles on a smaller device, you're likely to have missed a lot of the Battlefield Hardline
coverage. Today, we're here to fill this gap. Publisher EA has released a selection of screenshots, some of which are new and some of which will seem familiar to those that have watched the trailers.
We'll start with the new ones. These two showcase a gameplay mode called Hotwire, where the cops chase the criminals at high speeds as they both try to locate marked vehicles. These images are actually taken from gameplay footage shown during EA's Gamescom presentation that was never released as a proper video.
Our next image shows off a guy named Nick Mendoza, the main protagonist of the single-player campaign. He is the detective tasked with putting a stop to the antics of his corrupt colleagues.
The following image is a still from the 12 minutes of single-player footage
that was showcased at Gamescom this month. Nick's friend Marcus, a.k.a. Boomer, is about to help you take down an outpost.
Finally, these three images are taken from the Rescue mode
gameplay footage on the Growhouse map, also showcased at Gamescom. Hostages have been captured by a team of five criminal players and the team of five cops are tasked with their rescue. You will only get one life per round.Battlefield Hardline
will be bringing these modes to a console near you when the game is released early next year.
