360 Version of Middle-earth: SoM Delayed

By Jonathan Barnes, 4 years ago
With all of the delays, advancements, and announcements of games this fall, it looked like, for a time, that a few games with similar audiences would be facing off with releases on the same day. The biggest clash appeared to be the confluence of Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor going up against Dragon Age: Inquisition on the same day. Sensing the conflict against a more-established game brand, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment made the unprecedented move of moving UP the release of Shadow of Mordor from October 7th to September 30th while Dragon Age was eventually delayed from October 7th to November 18th.

Dizzy yet? Unfortunately, the do-si-do is not over.

Warner Bros. has announced today that the 360 version of Shadow of Mordor is being delayed to November 18th in the United States and November 21st in Europe putting it, once again, head-to-head with Dragon Age. The Xbox One version of the game is still slated for release on September 30th in the States and October 3rd in Europe.
