The sequel to Batman: Arkham Asylum
titled, Batman: Arkham City
is teasing us once again. A batch of screenshots have been leaked which will cause you a degree of 'oohing' and 'aahing'.Joystiq
say the images were found as a Flickr photo and snatched the images from there. The images quickly became popular on the net and the flames have been fanned from there. They have now subsequently been removed from the original Flickr account. But, as they say; a picture is worth a thousand words. Therefore twenty shiny screens must be worth many words, a fair amount of drool and some damp pants.
But wait, there's more Batman: Arkham City
news and rumour to talk about whilst we're here! As Robin might say from the early Batman programme escapades, 'Holy Multiplayer Batman!'. That's right. A highly respected magazine here in the UK (PSM3) has said that the next Batman title will contain multiplayer action. Relayed online by ArkhamCity.co.uk, it is said that:
Multiplayer is a certainty, but [there are] no details on this yet
This comes in the wake of the internet being alight with rumours of Catwoman as a playable co-op character, so could it be Batman: Arkham City
will allow you to fight crime and solve riddles side-by-side with your friend? No further details as yet, and no official word from Rocksteady, but all of the rumour mill given above is looking to be a fairly safe bet. Stay tuned to this Batchannel for more information!
