The Elder Scrolls: Online Status Update

By Joshua Rust, 4 years ago
We all know that got delayed, unfortunately, earlier this year. It's most likely for the best as ZeniMax Online Studios further develops and polishes the game to give gamers the best possible game they can at launch.

They are taking the time to add in some important systems, namely the Justice and Champion Systems, which will add huge amounts of content to an already gigantic game. The game is coming along nicely and they have a playable build that has completely replaced the PC user interface with a console-specific UI. This was designed from the ground up to work fluidly with a controller. Game Director Matt Firor promises that we will be seeing a lot more news and updates for the console versions in early 2015. Until then, it's a long excruciating wait.

In the meantime, you can try to satisfy your appetite for The Elder Scrolls: Online by checking out this developer gameplay for the Crypt of Hearts. The crafting system looks like you could lose hours just trying different things out and figuring out how to level up your character to make him/her their best will prove fun.

There is not a solid release date for The Elder Scrolls Online, but we will let you know as soon as we hear the word!

Hello everyone! I joined the Newshound group of TrueAchievements back in June 2013. Gaming has always been a passion of mine, up until recently I was a huge score-whore but have recently slacked off a bit. Not to brag or anything, but I do hold the top position in TA Score among the Newshounds (much to Michelle's I'm always up for boosting some of the older multiplayer games, so if you need help I'll try to find time in my schedule to help out! I'm also a huge Marvel Comics fan and Moon Knight is my favorite character, period. Excelsior!
