Adventure Time Competition Announced

By Marc Hollinshead, 1 year ago
Little Orbit, the team who helped to publish Adventure Time: The Secret of the Nameless Kingdom, has recently announced an interesting competition for those who are a fan of the show and/or games. In the run-up to the announcement of the next Adventure Time game, the publisher has given the public the chance to design their very own character to appear in that game.

To enter the competition, you need to email your design in a .jpg file no larger than 5MB to atcontest@littleorbit.com. In the email, you need to include your name, birth date, address, phone number, email address and a two sentence character description.

Now here's the kicker. To be eligible for the competition, you have to be at least 13 years old and be a legal resident of the United States. Basically, any 12 year old British Adventure Time fans will have to keep their imaginations in their head unfortunately. The competition is now open and runs until February 17th, 2015, and the winning character and artist will be revealed on the Little Orbit Facebook page in early March. For the complete competition details and rules, visit the publisher's website.

Time to unleash those imaginations (if you're at least 13 and in America, that is)!

To summarize Marc in two words, it would be "Christian Gamer." You will usually find him getting stuck into story heavy action-adventure games, RPG's and the odd quirky title when he isn't raving about Dark Souls and Mass Effect. Outside the world of gaming, Marc attends and helps out in his church on a regular basis and has a not-so thrilling job in a supermarket.
