Project CARS Release Date Pushed to April

By Ellis Spice, 2 years ago
Back in October of last year, a month before its initial release date, Slightly Mad Studios and Bandai Namco deicded to delay the release of their upcoming racing game Project CARS until March of this year, as they felt the game could do with further polish in order to deliver the product they wanted. Today, again around a month before the new release date, the launch of the game has been pushed back further until early April, for similar reasoning. Ian Bell, Head of Studio at Slightly Mad Studios, is again on hand to explain why you'll have to wait an extra couple weeks to get your hands on their latest title:

Moving a release date was not an easy decision to make, as we know our fans are eager to get their hands-on on Project CARS. But we know that these extra days will allow us to provide the best game experience that our fans deserve. We assure you the wait will be worth it when the game does arrive early April.
Project CARS will now launch on the Xbox One on April 2nd.
