Four Sided Fantasy Headed to Consoles

Curve Digital this week announced a partnership with developer Logan Fieth and his studio Ludo Land to bring Four Sided Fantasy to consoles in 2016. The game was successfully funded for the PC on Kickstarter in early 2014; with this new partnership Ludo Land will continue developing the PC version, while Curve Digital will handle the development of the console versions.

Logan commented on the deal:

I'm very pleased to be working with Curve Digital to bring my game to all major platforms at once. Curve handling the console versions means that I can spend my time working on the game's development and puzzles and not need to worry about how to optimize and publish across several completely different platforms.
Four Sided Fantasy is a unique blend of puzzle and platformer, which will task players to navigate surreal dreamlike levels by “controlling and manipulating” how the screen “wraps around itself”. As in games like Asteroids and Pac-Man, players have the ability to move off one side of the screen and reappear on the opposite side, this feature can then be toggled on and off when needed in order to solve the various puzzles. The below announcement trailer will help to make some sense of what some of these puzzles will entail and how the screen manipulation mechanic works.

Four Sided Fantasy will be making its way to the Xbox One in early 2016.
