Following up on the latest Q&A session
we brought to you yesterday, Devil May Cry 4 Special Edition
's developers have released yet another video, this time answering some of the most frequently asked questions. First off, they state that all five characters are playable in Bloody Palace mode. Next up they respond to assumptions that Lady and Trish are just reskins, stating that in fact these two characters have been completely built up to be their own entities with their own moves in the game, not just cover art on the male characters’ mechanics.
In addition to having all the characters available in Bloody Palace, they’re also all playable in the campaign. The final question may pass over the heads of the non-DMC faithful, but in short Dante and Nero have been altered to reach their “utmost efficiency” since the last console release. I’m sure the hardcore DMC fans among us can comment on what, exactly, that means.
Check out the video below to get the answers in the developers’ own words while taking a gander of some of the game’s combat in action.
