Rainbow Six Siege Gameplay Footage Released

By Keith Gray,
Laurent Detoc, President of Ubisoft, has taken to the stage at E3 2015 to give us more details on the next title in the Rainbow Six franchise, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege.

In addition to reiterating the game's release date, Detoc confirmed that the title will stick firmly to the core principles that Rainbow Six fans love. The intense close combat FPS action will return in fully destructible environments. The following gameplay trailer accompanied the announcement.

Detoc also revealed that the two predecessors to Rainbow Six Siege, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas and Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas 2 will be available free of charge with the new game this holiday season, courtesy of Xbox One's newly-announced backward compatibility.

Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege is scheduled to release for the Xbox One on October 13th, 2015.
