Happy Wars Sequel, Happy Dungeons, Coming To Xbox

By Mark Delaney, 3 years ago
Happy Wars was something of a surprise hit when it came to Xbox 360 and Xbox One, so it's not surprising ToyLogic made plans for a sequel. That sequel was revealed today and it's called Happy Dungeons. You and three friends, either online or splitscreen, can once again alternate hacking and slashing across several dungeons seeking over 1,000 unique items for your characters.

The game will be updated every other month with a new storyline for players to jump into, and new enemies bring with them new items. As this is E3 week, an announcement would be incomplete without a trailer and/or screenshots. With Happy Dungeons, we got both.

ToyLogic also teased the news that the game will include special items for returning players too. Here's the debut trailer from the Tokyo studio.

As stated, the game will be free-to-play, though Xbox LIVE Gold is required for the multiplayer modes. You can cheerfully crawl these dungeons in 2016 on Xbox One.
