Microsoft has always provided plenty of options when it comes to buying their console and, with the announcement of the new Xbox One Elite Bundle, there is now one more.
As you may be able to guess by the name, the Xbox One Elite Bundle will contain the very fancy Elite controller
. The bundle will also include a 1TB Solid State Hybrid Drive which, as well as providing plenty of space for games, promises to optimize performance by allowing the console to be booted up to 20% faster from energy-saving mode.
In the US, the bundle will be released on November 3rd for an estimated retail price (ERP) of $499, and will be exclusive to Gamestop and the Microsoft Store for one month. The bundle will also make its way worldwide in November, although there is no word on a specific date or pricing.
In addition, a new controller was also announced by Microsoft. The Xbox One Lunar White controller will contain all of the updates for the regular wireless controller but will have a white and gold colour scheme, as well as improved grip.
In the US, the controller will be exclusive to Gamestop, similar to the Elite Bundle, and has an estimated retail price of $64.99. No details have been announced for a global release currently.
