WWE 2K16 Gameplay, Entrances and Roster Reveals

By Rebecca Smith, 1 year ago
If there's one thing that is guaranteed to happen every year, it is that we are bombarded with screenshots and trailers for the latest wrestling title. WWE 2K16 is no exception. We'll make a start with the next 23 wrestlers that are joining the largest ever WWE roster. We don't have any new screenshots, so we'll just have to settle for those glamour shots instead:

Of course, a wrestler's entrance into the ring can be just as iconic as their appearance. The game is taking care of this as well and has offered us a quick peek into the entrances of seven more wrestlers. Take a look at Dude Love, the tag team of Tyson Kidd and Cesaro, the Vaudevillains, and the tag team of Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady as they make their way towards the ring.

Perhaps it's gameplay that you're after? Well, we've got that covered too. The first match sees Brock Lesnar take on Seth Rollins at Suplex City. Check out Lesnar's Pinfall manouevre while Rollins manages to get a dirty pin in there too.

The second match sees Kevin Owens take on Finn Bálor, both of whom will be making their debuts in a WWE game.

The third and final match for today sees The Lucha Dragons take on Cesaro and Tyson Kidd in Zurich. Admittedly, the first half of the video serves as the entrance video for The Lucha Dragons.

We round everything off with yet another interview, only this one is about the game's cover star, "Stone Cold" Steve Austin. Find out the thoughts of numerous other wrestlers about the game's cover and whether they're looking forward to being in the game.

WWE 2K16 will be entering the ring on October 27th in North America and October 30th in other regions. Has your favourite wrestler been confirmed for the game yet or are you still holding out for a familiar face?
