Back To The Future is Coming Back From the Past

Some of the greatest tales told in the gaming industry have come from Telltale Games. With titles like The Walking Dead, Game of Thrones and Tales from the Borderlands, Telltale has had great success in telling stories with their games from some of the greatest franchises. Since this year marks the 30th anniversary of the Back To the Future films, Telltale is hoping to once again relish in that success by releasing Back to the Future: The Game - 30th Anniversary Edition.
BTTF The Game

According to Bob Gale, a Screenwriter/Producer for Back to the Future: The Game, if there were to be a Back to the Future 4, this would basically be it. The five episode story will take place six months after the events of the third film and will include most of the original characters from the movie trilogy. The official story synopsis reads, "Marty must go back to 1931 to recruit the help of a reluctant teenage Emmett Brown in order to save 1985's Doc from certain death". To not be outdone and to make the story as authentic as possible, the studio enlisted the help of the original actors to do the voice acting for the characters, including Tom Wilson as "Biff" and Christopher Lloyd as "Doc". There is even a cameo voice-over appearance by Michael J Fox to play an ancestral character to "Marty Mcfly".

A timeline rift in the past has occurred and can only be repaired in the near future when Back to the Future: The Game - 30th Anniversary Edition gets released on Xbox One and Xbox 360 October 13th.
