Overwatch Developer Update

By Ben Crouch, 2 years ago
For those of you that are not up to speed, Overwatch: Origins Edition is the recently announced team based FPS from Blizzard's new IP. Jeff Kaplon, who you might recognize from our recent coverage of his interview at this year's BlizzCon expo, is back again to expand on more of the matchmaking experience and Hero balancing as a whole.

He talks about the different ways that the team tries to balance the matchmaking with the new beta patch, offers new ways to give player feedback and, ultimately, tries to make the best experience possible while playing the game.

Although no firm date has been revealed, Overwatch is expected to hit the Xbox One console early in Spring next year.

Ben is sarcastic, immature and dashingly handsome! (Most people tend to disagree on the last part) He is 24, and lives in Melbourne, Australia. He plays mostly all game genres, but RPG's are his real jam. Priding himself in his overwhelming backlog of games on both xbox and playstation systems, he has finally acknowledged that he will never catch up and has time to only play the best of the best (Just don't check his gamercard, you may find a few Disney games on there that he insists his little sister played and not him, but we know the truth) He also works with Eb Games on the outside of TA during the day, and manages a Pizza shop by night. You can be sure the True Achievements web page is always open and ready to go on either his phone or works pc.
