Dark Souls III Special Editions Revealed

Publisher Bandai Namco has revealed the different editions of Dark Souls III between which gamers can choose upon purchasing the title. All players who pre-order the game at certain retailers will receive the Apocalypse Edition, which includes the game, a special steelbook case and the official game soundtrack.

Apocalypse Edition

Alternatively, you can pre-order the game in other locations to get the Day One Edition. This includes the following items:

• DARK SOULS III software
• Prima Starter Guide
• Official DARK SOULS III Soundtrack
• Exclusive O-Sleeve packaging
Day One Edition

Heading upwards on the price scale, we get to the Collector’s Edition (RRP $129.99), which will feature the following items:

• DARK SOULS III software
• Prima Starter Guide
• Official DARK SOULS III Soundtrack
• Official art book
• Cloth game map
• 10” Red Knight Statue
• Collector’s box
Collector's Edition

Then we get to the top end of the editions: the Prestige Edition. For an unknown price, you can get your hands on all of the following:

• Game
• A numbered 40cm premium Lord of Cinder hand-painted polystone resin figurine
• Red Knight figurine
• A4 DARK SOULS Trilogy hardcover artbook
• Metal case
• Official Soundtrack (CD)
• 3x iron-on patches
• Cloth game-map
• Exclusive display box
Prestige Edition

Dark Souls III is due to be released in North and South America and Europe on April 12th, 2016.
