Marvel vs. Capcom 3 Collector's Edition [UPDATED]

Announced through Capcom's blog, Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds will be released in North America on the 15th February 2011.

As for the rest of the world, no exact date has been announced but as you can imagine, the date will be close to North America's release date.

Capcom's upcoming Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds: Collectors Edition has been revealed by Gamestop. The Collectors Edition is currently priced at $70 and includes:

Steelbook case featuring exclusive art work.

Comic/Art book- A 12-page prologue comic, written by Marvel writer Frank Tieri, plus campaign art and a curated selection of fan art.

1-month Subscription to Marvel Digital Comics, providing unlimited online access to Marvel content.

2 Playable DLC Characters – Shuma Gorath and Jill Valentine. Content is available 4 weeks post-launch.
The two DLC characters Shuma Gorath (Dr.Strange) and Jill Valentine (Resident Evil) are rumoured to be available for purchase one month after game release to anyone purchasing the standard edition of the game.

As for customers pre-ordering through Gamestop, you will recieve Marvel vs. Capcom 3 Console Decals as a bonus!

Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds is set for a Spring 2011 release. GameStop currently lists the North American release date as February 12th, but Capcom have yet to confirm that.
