New Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Game Announced

The mean, green, heroes in a half-shell are once again back to protect The Big Apple from the villainous Shredder and his foes and to stomp out The Foot Clan. A new title in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle franchise is in the works and Activision has revealed the first official trailer for it.

Just announced, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan is currently being developed by Platinum Games, whom also recreated another iconic '80s-born title with Transformers: Devastation. Based on the latest trailer for TMNT: Mutants in Manhattan, it's likely to have that similar style and look. The game will feature many characters with whom players are familiar and will also have a distinctive combat play style for each turtle, which can then be customized with special moves, combat items and bonuses. The announcement trailer and screenshots provided will show what it's like when The Foot decide to make the very bad decision to parley with the Turtles.

Turtle power gets unleashed on Xbox One and Xbox 360 when Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan comes out this summer in digital and retail formats.
