EA have released a short trailer with Ian Milham, art director on Dead Space 2
, detailing how protagonist Isaac Clarke has evolved since the first game in the series, Dead Space
Isaac is now showing the mental effects of his "terrible experience" in the first game. One of the main changes is Isaac's new-found ability to talk, which works alongside his previous ability to scream when his life was in danger. However, he still doesn't do interviews.
It was confirmed
last week that Dead Space 2
has been given an 18 rating by the British Board of Film Classification (no surprises there). However, the BBFC notes did reveal that the length of the cut-scenes in the game totals 59 minutes and 45 seconds.Dead Space 2
will be released in January, 2011.
