Battleborn Gets a Launch Trailer Ahead of Release

Gearbox released a launch trailer today to celebrate its upcoming MOBA and hero shooter Battleborn. In the game's single player mode, players will fight to save the universe from villians who takes whole stars (yes, whole stars). The multiplayer revolves around traditional MOBA mechanics across multiple different gametypes. It also has online co-op and local 2-player splitscreen if you prefer to play with friends.

The game will launch with 25 unique characters to pick from. You can see many of them highlighted in the trailer below:



In related news, two Battleborn characters will also be making appearances in Rock Band 4. Botanist Miko and archer Thorn can now join your band as you rock out across the world. To get a glimpse you can check out the trailer:



Battleborn releases next week on May 3rd. You can preorder the digital game now on Xbox.com.
