The sneaky developers at Southend Interactive have secretly released the demo for their new game ilomilo
into the wild. Like most good things, though, there is a catch. To get your copy of the demo you must visit the game's website
to obtain a code.
The December issue of Game Informer had a very nice preview of ilomilo in their Impulse section (pg. 26). In it, GI's Matt Miller describes ilomilo with the following:
ilomilo is cuter than any game has a right to be, and I don't use that descriptor lightly.
Southend Interactive's studio manager Fredrik Erlandsson goes on to say:
ilomilo is a 3D puzzle game where the goal for each level is to reunite two friends named Ilo and Milo. To do so the player will need to switch between the two characters and make them cooperate by moving cubes, pressing buttons, and completing other actions.
For those wanting a little more detail, check out the trailer for ilomilo
from the 2010 Nordic Games Conference:
Seriously, I don't think one could make this any more cute... unless they added puppies... puppies make everything cuter.
