The Second Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Expansion Is Coming at the End of May

By Kevin Tavore, 1 year ago
Today the official Twitter account for The Witcher announced the release date of the "Blood and Wine" expansion for the critically-acclaimed The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.

The expansion sees our hero Geralt on an adventure to uncover the secrets behind a monster that has been terrorizing the land of Toussaint. While the previous expansion, Hearts of Stone, merely added an extra section to Novigrad, Toussaint is an entirely new country untouched by the events of the war which led up to The Witcher 3. The expansion promises a 30+ hour adventure "full of dark deeds, unexpected twists, romance and deceit."

For a glimpse of Toussaint ahead of the release, you can check out the teaser trailer below (which is the same as the video in the tweet):

The "Blood and Wine" expansion releases on May 31st.
