Kung-Fu for Kinect Receives Definitive Release Date

When the first new game for Kinect in a long while, Kung-Fu for Kinect, was announced a few weeks ago, it caused a stir in the Xbox One community about a peripheral deemed dead by some players.

Kung-Fu for Kinect is an updated version of the Xbox 360 Kinect title Kung-Fu High Impact, so it's not entirely new, but will hopefully give Kinect fans a reason to dust off the peripheral once again.

The developer, Virtual Air Guitar Company, has released a few new screenshots for the June title:

They have also confirmed a release date (previously all we knew was "sometime in June") of June 24th at the price of $19.99 USD/€18.99/£14.99.

“Our fans have been clamoring for the Xbox One version to be released, so we wanted to launch in June to give everyone a kung-fu summer they’ll never forget!” said Aki Kanerva, Founder and Lead Designer of Virtual Air Guitar Company.
