Star Wars Battlefront "Bespin" DLC Launches Late June for Season Pass Holders

Star Wars Battlefront has been pretty quiet lately, but has silently stuck to its release schedule for its four scheduled expansion packs.

The "Bespin" DLC we previewed last month is no different. As promised, it will be arriving this month for season pass holders, on June 21st to exact. Season pass holders will once again receive access two weeks early, which would place the release date for everyone else as July 5th.

Like the other expansions, "Bespin" will include four new maps, this time set high in the Cloud City of Bespin. There will also be a new game mode, two new heroes (technically, though I'm not sure many Star Wars fans would call Lando Calrissian and Dengar "heroes" — villains, perhaps), two new blasters and more. Achievements weren't specifically mentioned, but the first expansion, "Outer Rim," did add new ones, if that's any indicator.

After "Bespin," players can look forward to the "Death Star" expansion arriving this fall. The fourth expansion is yet to be titled, but is still scheduled for launch in early 2017.
