Raiders of the Broken Planet E3 Teaser Trailer

By Kelly Packard, 1 year ago
Back in April, we first heard about Raiders of the Broken Planet. It's being developed by MercuryStream, the team known for Castlevania: Lords of Shadow. Since it's E3 week, the developers have decided to show us a bit more of the upcoming sci-fi adventure title, including some gameplay footage. You might recognize some of it from the ID@Xbox montage shown during Microsoft's press conference.

MercuryStream calls Raiders a "multiplayer online asymmetric adventure" which showcases a blend of "shooting, brawling and thinking man’s strategy." The game promises an "immersive, cinematic story coupled with intense and epic action." It certainly seems like one to keep an eye on for some co-op chaos.

There's also a beta sign-up for those who are interested, but it appears to be PC only at the moment, with no word on whether there will be an Xbox beta. Nonetheless, Raiders of the Broken Planet is due out later this year on Xbox One.
