Resident Evil 7 Interview with Mike Lunn of Capcom USA

The Resident Evil franchise has polarized fans in recent years. Some are loving the new, more action-packed games like Resident Evil 5 (Xbox 360) and Resident Evil 6 (Xbox 360). Some are disappointed with the direction the series has taken, to say the least. Capcom is hoping to bring it all home with the best of of both worlds in Resident Evil 7.

PlayStation Blog sat down with Mike Lunn from Capcom USA to talk about the upcoming title. They discuss many aspects of the game including bringing back the survival horror aspects and having first-person perspective in a Resident Evil game for the first time.

Resident Evil 7 will be available on Xbox One and Windows 10 on January 24th, 2017. The demo they are referring to in the video is currently only available on PS4 for PS Plus members, but will be available on Xbox One at a later date. If you missed it, here's the original announcement and some spooky screenshots.
