Blizzard Entertainment said yesterday
that the Overwatch
patch containing Ana Amari would go live soon. Wait no longer, since the patch is live now.
Ana Amari is a support sniper and the mother of Fareeha Amari, better known as Pharah. Her sniper rifle is capable of healing allies as well as damaging enemies. She can use a Sleep Dart to render an enemy unconscious, although any damage can wake them up again. Her Biotic Grenade can heal allies at an increased rate and damage enemies in a small area of effect. These grenades also block enemies caught in the blast from healing for a few seconds. Her ultimate ability is Nano Boost, which can be applied to an ally. An ally affected by Nano Boost moves faster, deals more damage and takes less damage.
The achievements tied to Ana are as follows:
Furthermore, the long-expected Torbjörn nerf is live with this patch. His turret now deals 30% less damage, as well as Symmetra's sentry turrets.
There are also major changes for D.Va, Zenyatta and Mercy, as well as some changes for other heroes.

The following achievements are affected by the update:
This achievement was considered the hardest achievement in the entire game (with a TA ratio of nearly 9.00) due to a punishing time limit of 6 seconds. With this update, the travel speed of the Orbs is quadrupled and the timer is more lenient on this achievement.
This achievement has also been made easier because the healing speed of Transcendence is now increased from 200 to 300 health per second.
This particular achievement has been made much easier due to a decreased explosion delay to 3 seconds (was 4 seconds), a 15% decrease in ultimate cost and negation of the explosion damage for the activating player.
With the addition of self healing enabling to charge ultimates, players will have generally less shots to attempt to get these achievements due to an increased ultimate cost.
Mercy can now move during her ultimate usage to encourage players to get in trickier situations.
Bug fixes include another fix for a bug causing Reaper to Shadow Step to unintended locations, a fix for Roadhog accidentally Chain Hooking enemies behind him and a fix for Reinhardt's Barrier Field getting stuck in the 'on' position when the Toggle Barrier setting is used.
The update is now live and takes about 1980MB.
