This Week's Summer Spotlight Titles

Last week marked the beginning of 2016's Summer Spotlight. Akin to the Xbox 360's popular long-running event Summer of Arcade, the program draws attention to lesser-known titles and offers players a reward for splurging on summer releases. This year gamers can earn 4,000 rewards credits for spending US$40 on featured games between July 26th and September 5th.

What's on the agenda this week? The following new releases from Tuesday, August 2nd are eligible:

Risk: Urban Assault
Don't Starve: Giant Edition + Don't Starve: Shipwrecked Bundle
Layers of Fear Masterpiece Edition (comes with Inheritance for Layers of Fear DLC)

At the bottom of the page there is a "Coming Soon" section that lists titles that are soon to join the program, like Livelock, Batman: The Telltale Series and Anode. We also already know that next Tuesday's Uno will be part of the promotion. Players have until September 5th to make their purchases and earn the reward credits.
