Last month, we learned that Dead Rising
, Dead Rising 2
and Dead Rising 2: Off The Record
would all be making their way to Xbox One
to celebrate the series' 10th anniversary. Well now we know a bit more than just their existence, with Capcom releasing details about the upcoming remasters.
Yes, yes Frank, covered wars, we know
The games will have all of the DLC costumes and upgraded graphics running in 1080p at 60FPS, the latter of which you can see in the 10th anniversary trailer below.
Now here's where things get a little bit tricky. Digitally, all three games will be available on September 13th separately, costing $19.99/€19.99/ £15.99 each, or as a triple pack for $59.49/€49.99/£39.99. Capcom is promising a 16% discount for those who pre-order the triple-pack bundle; however, this doesn't seem to be live quite yet, at least in some regions.
When it comes to physical versions, only Dead Rising 1
will be available and only in North America. Dead Rising 1
will be released on September 13th, the same as the digital version. However, Dead Rising 2
will release two weeks later on September 27th.
And don't forget, there's also Dead Rising 4
on the way in December! What a year it's been for Capcom and their zombie franchises, eh?
