Not long ago, Ubisoft announced that new DLC would be coming to Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood and that it would be free to download. Today, Ubisoft announced a second free DLC pack which is set to be released next month.

The "Animus Project Update 2.0" DLC is similar to the first pack in that it includes both a new multiplayer mode and a new multiplayer map.

Further details about the second DLC were released by Ubisoft:

The Pienza Map provides the perfect free-running playground where predators and targets can blend and disappear. In the new Chest Capture Multiplayer Mode two teams comprised of three players each partner with fellow Templars to either defend or capture Chests. Also included is the new Templar Score feature to reward diligent work by Abstergo recruits.
