Play With TA Staff This Saturday During Overwatch's Free Play Weekend!

Good news! Overwatch: Origins Edition is going to have a free play weekend starting tomorrow. You'll be able to play the full game and experience all the fun it has to offer. If you're interested in taking the game for a spin but are afraid of achievements locking you down, there's good news! Achievements will not unlock during the free play period. You will, of course, get to keep all the experience and rewards you unlock.

The game will become free worldwide at the same time:

Take care though - the game can be downloaded and played now. If you do, you can unlock achievements. You may want to wait and see if they turn off at the appropriate time based on the map if you're concerned about your completion percentage.

If this is music to your ears, or if you already love Overwatch, you may be excited to hear the TA Staff will be hosting a Community Gaming Session for Overwatch: Origins Edition this Saturday. Take a look at the link to see the specific times, but it's afternoon in the US and evening in the UK. You'll even get a chance to play with TrueAchievement himself among many others! Anyone is welcome for one game or twenty, so we look forward to getting to know you all.

Overwatch's free play weekend will run from Friday September 9th to September 12th. The download size is 15GB. Hope to see you there!
