TGN Debate: Do Multiplayer Achievements Ruin Games?

By Kevin Tavore, 10 months ago
Buckle up everyone, it's time for the first ever TGN Debate. It's a new video series the YouTube Team is putting on where two of us debate polarizing topics in the achievement community. There are all kinds of players on this site alone, so I know we've got tons of opinions on whether things are good or bad. Hopefully you guys will feel inspired to jump into the conversation as well.

Today's debate centers on multiplayer achievements. Josh and Renn sit down to discuss the finer points of each side of the debate. Are the benefits to community and friendship that derive from multiplayer achievements worth the hassle of having to do things you don't want to do and potentially cause your team to lose? Get a look at what Josh and Renn think below.

When you're done with the video, be sure to join in in the comments below and let us know what you think. And if you think you've got a good topic for a future TGN Debate, please let us know! We're always looking for new ideas.
