Grand Theft Auto V Introduces Next Update: Bikers

By Kelly Packard, 1 year ago
Rockstar is making true on their promise to continue to support Grand Theft Auto V (aside from the last-gen versions, of course) with another themed update for its popular online mode. In the "Bikers" update, players will be able to join an organized motorcycle gang club, experience new co-op and competitive modes, have more business opportunities, purchase new properties and, of course, add a wide range of new motorcycles to their collections.

As we learned from this year's "Cunning Stunts" and "Further Adventures in Finance and Felony" updates, these types of patches do add quite a bit of new content.

Though there aren't any new details on the specifics of the co-op and competitive modes or the nature of the "seedy business ventures" that players will be able to take advantage of, we do know that Motorcycle Clubs will be able to have up to eight members and possess leadership roles, with opportunities to climb your way up the ranks. Rockstar has also promised there will be new character customization options to make your character look like a true biker with new styles and tattoos. Oh, and did we mention the new weapons?

We should hear more about the "Bikers" update in the coming weeks, since Rockstar says it should be arriving "soon." If you're looking for this week's special event, until the 22nd you can enjoy double RP and GTA$ in the Parachute Jump and Drop Mode playlist, half off everything at Warstock and more — check out the full details here.
