Square Off Against Three Other Players Locally In LEGO Dimensions

By Ashley Woodcock,
Battle Arenas are a feature released earlier this week with the new LEGO figurines, and will now be playable in LEGO Dimensions. Up to four players can square off competitively in four different game modes. With the expansion packs comes LEGO minifigures that have special, golden Toy Tags. These will unlock a Battle Arena in the free play Adventure World dependent on the entertainment brand.

Each Arena comes with four different game modes: Capture the Flag, Objective, Base Bash, and Tick, Tag, Boom! The modes will come with unique traps, defenses, and special powers to make each Battle Arena different from the other. If you're playing with friends who don't have much competitiveness in them, then play cooperatively instead in different settings such as 2 vs 2, 3 vs 1, and also individually against the AI.

Take a look at the following video to see the fun you could be getting into with family or/and friends:

LEGO Dimensions is available now on the Xbox One and Xbox 360.
